While building relationships with diverse clientele, we have enjoyed building the business over the last year. JGGM was established as an entity in January of 2023 between Jennifer Garver and Gabriel Millican who spent the previous 6 years building up Millican Engineering as a solid firm in Phoenix, Arizona.
